About Northpoint Support

Northpoint Support is a NDIS disability support provider focused on providing high-quality, reliable, and genuinely person-centred support to participants across Queensland and New South Wales.

We believe good support should feel consistent, well-organised, and easy to rely on. We focus on understanding each participant properly and delivering support in a way that is calm, predictable, and tailored to how they live their day-to-day life.

 

By getting the foundations right from the beginning, we create an experience that feels more stable, comfortable, and supportive for both participants and their families.

Every participant should feel heard, understood, and supported in a way that reflects who they are.

How We Work

We take a considered approach from the very beginning.
 

Before supports start, we focus on understanding the full picture, not just what support is required, but how it should be delivered to work well in practice.
 

This includes:
 

  • Understanding routines and preferences

  • Identifying what consistency looks like for each participant

  • Matching support workers carefully

  • Setting clear expectations from the start
     

Once supports are in place, we focus on maintaining that consistency and keeping communication open and straightforward.

We aim to make the experience of working with us feel calm, organised, and dependable.
 

We know that choosing a provider is an important decision, and we don’t take that lightly. Our role is to ensure that once supports begin, they are delivered in a way that feels stable, predictable, and easy to manage for everyone involved.
